1. What does "solar term" mean?

The Chinese calendar splits the year into 24 solar terms — 24 moments that mark seasonal change, each with its own weather and its own scent. Each Fei Candle captures one. Liqiu is the first day of autumn; Shuangjiang is the last, when frost first appears.

2. How long do the candles burn?

40-50 hours for the 200g size, if you trim the wick to 5mm before each burn and never burn more than 4 hours at a time.

3. What wax do you use?

80% soy wax + 20% coconut wax. Both plant-based, biodegradable, no paraffin, no petroleum, no harmful soot.

4. Are your fragrance oils safe?

Yes — all fragrance oils are IFRA-certified. We keep the certificates and safety data sheets for every batch.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US and Canada. Shipping takes 8-15 days, fully tracked.

6. What if my candle arrives damaged or broken?

Tell us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and the packaging. We'll ship a replacement within 24 hours — no need to return the damaged one.
