Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Refund for Unopened Candles

Unopened, unburned candles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The candle must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use.

Burned Candles

For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have been lit cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Broken Candles

If your candle arrived damaged in transit, tell us within 7 days with a photo of (1) the damaged candle, (2) the shipping box, and (3) the packing materials. We'll ship a replacement within 24 hours — no need to return the damaged one.

Not the Scent for You?

If the scent isn't what you hoped, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll exchange it for another solar term scent from our collection.
